1. Acceptance
By installing or using Appointment Health or this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
The platform lets patients book appointments with doctors at participating clinics, pay consultation fees online, receive prescriptions and obtain medicines from the clinic pharmacy. We are a technology platform; medical advice is given solely by the treating doctor.
3. Not for emergencies
The app is not for medical emergencies. In an emergency call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your phone and OTP confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Appointments
- A slot is confirmed only after successful payment (where payment is required) and confirmation in the app.
- Doctors may reschedule or cancel due to emergencies or unavailability; you will be notified and refunded as per the Refund Policy.
- Please arrive on time; late arrival or no-show may forfeit the slot.
6. Payments
Payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Fees are shown before payment. Razorpay's terms apply to the payment transaction. We do not store card or banking credentials.
7. Pharmacy
Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription by a licensed pharmacist. See Shipping & Delivery.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or book appointments fraudulently.
9. Consultation recordings
Where a consultation is recorded, it is for clinical documentation under our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for clinical decisions made by doctors. Our service is provided "as available"; brief downtime may occur for maintenance.
11. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the operator's registered location.
