Pharmacist workflow
The pharmacy module is used by licensed pharmacists at the clinic. Prescriptions written by the doctor appear in the pharmacy queue and are dispensed and billed in a few steps.

- Guided dispensing: step-by-step dispensing with batch allocation using First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO).
- Medicine master: add, edit and bulk-import medicines (with template and validation).
- Batch & expiry management: batch numbers, expiry dates, quarantine and write-off of expired or damaged stock.
- Stock control: inward entries, adjustments, movement history and multi-branch / multi-counter support.
- Rack & shelf locations: storage locations, movements and replenishment alerts.
- Alerts: low stock, near-expiry and expired medicine alerts.
- Receipts & sharing: printable receipts and prescriptions; share bills over WhatsApp.
- Reports: sales, dispensing history, stock and expiry reports.
Payments for pharmacy
Pharmacy payments are collected through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or at the counter. Medicines are dispensed to the patient at the clinic pharmacy against a valid doctor's prescription. See our Shipping & Delivery and Refund & Cancellation policies.
Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription issued through the platform.
