Request account and data deletion
You can delete your Appointment Health account (com.merida.VSA) and associated personal data at any time.
How to request
Send a request to privacy@vaidshivkumarsirhind.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number and Patient ID. We verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: profile, contact details, uploaded files, notification tokens and audio recordings.
- Retained as legally required: clinical consultation records, prescriptions and payment/tax records, for the statutory period only, after which they are erased.
