• Appointments: view, search, reschedule, cancel, mark no-show, convert to walk-in, and staff-assisted booking.
• Schedule management: clinic locations, weekly schedules, holidays, date overrides, slot capacity and one-click emergency slot blocking that reflects on all mobile apps in real time.
• Employee management: create staff accounts (receptionist, junior doctor, senior doctor, pharmacist), reset passwords, role-based access control.
