1. Introduction
This policy explains how Appointment Health ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use our mobile app, admin web panel and website at vaidshivkumarsirhind.com. By using the app you agree to this policy.
We never sell, rent or monetize your personal, clinical or appointment data, and we show no third-party advertising.
2. Information we collect
Personal identifiers
- Name, age, gender, city/address.
- Mobile phone number: used for OTP login and appointment alerts.
- Patient ID (PID) generated by the system.
Health information
- Appointment details (date, slot, doctor, clinic, status).
- Vitals recorded by clinic staff (BP, pulse, SpO2, temperature, blood sugar).
- Symptoms, diagnosis, prescriptions, investigations and uploaded medical reports.
- Pharmacy dispensing records.
Audio recordings
Consultations may be recorded by the doctor for clinical documentation only. Recordings are stored securely, are accessible only to authorized clinical staff, and are never used for marketing.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only the payment status, order and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
Technical data
Network state and connection status needed for real-time slot updates. We do not collect advertising IDs or precise location.

All data is encrypted in transit. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).
4. How we use information
- Book, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments.
- Provide consultations, prescriptions and follow-up care.
- Dispense medicines from the clinic pharmacy.
- Send transactional WhatsApp/SMS/push notifications.
- Prevent fraud, secure the service and meet legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service, under confidentiality: Razorpay (payments), messaging providers (WhatsApp/SMS delivery), and our hosting provider. AI-assisted features, if enabled by the clinic, process only the minimum text needed and their output is reviewed by the doctor. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
6. Permissions
- Internet / network state: communicate with the clinic server.
- Notifications: appointment reminders and queue updates.
- Microphone: only for clinic consultation recording, triggered by the doctor.
- Storage / file picker: only when you choose to upload a medical report.
7. Security and retention
We use HTTPS/TLS, role-based access control, hashed credentials and audit locks. Clinical records are retained as required by applicable medical record-keeping rules; other data is kept while your account is active.
8. Your rights and data deletion
You may access, correct or delete your data. To delete your account and associated data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page or email privacy@vaidshivkumarsirhind.com. Records we must retain by law will be retained only for the legally required period.
9. Children
The app is intended for adults. Appointments for minors must be booked by a parent or guardian.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material changes will be notified in the app.
